"I have been taking my hybrid Highlander for 4 years. I had some very unpleasant experiences at the dealership so I looked for another place to take care of my car. Mick's Automotive is very close to my house so I checked them out. Tracy blew me away with a thorough explanation of my car's needs and when to have them done. The service plan that the %&%#@!$? dealership recommended was too expensive and a lot of the work that it called for could be done further down the line as my car is a hybrid and the engine does not have to work as hard. Frankly, I was happy with that but then Mick's went on to deliver timely, efficient service for a reasonable price. They also sought out cheaper options when it came time to replace parts (CV boots for instance). My wife and I are very happy with Mick's Automotive. We cherish an auto mechanic that we can trust."
